  I eat at this Subway about weekly (confederation at) because it's close to my work. The service here is always great. Chris, Mary and the crew are, time and time again, prompt and professional. Lately, I drive out of my way to order here when I am not at work. My subs are always excellent, regardless of ordering online, or stopping by. Lunch time is busy and hectic here, but they always treat me like their best customer. I have never witnessed bad customer service, to anyone, in all my years going here. I have, however, seen unreasonable guests, and they are dealt with accordingly... In my opinion. Keep up the good work, gang! Best Subway in town!

  AVOID THIS ONE PLACE I went in for my sub ordered what I wanted then an old lady working there decided to tell me off for not ordering it the way she likes people to order it she also told me another day she won’t put items on a sub if she doesn’t want to really bad service from the old lady working there never going back

  I called my order in at 619 and had it picked up at 830pm. Confed Subway to Overlea 2 mins away☠️Im impaired🌬 how could my sub be cold... I asked the driver to tip your workers because seemed to be the best Subway around. I did so say my sub was toasted. And the Chicken teriyaki comes with double cheese... This is the sub I was thinking about for 2 hours, I dont think so🤭 where is the lettuce? Where is the rest of that cucumber🤏 oh yeah it has green peppers too. Must be under all that cold sauce🤮 seemed like the order taker was writing my order down, I did not have to repeat myself👌 maybe have your employees repeat the orders they are writing down make sure they understood. I will also learn a few lessons.. I must be starving, wet nap anyone and I will stay away from Subway 🥹

  I have been ordering overtime meals from this location and they continually get my order wrong. They gave me the completely wrong sub today. They also continue to send the subs at the the wrong time as well.

  5 stars isn't enough stars to give Mary and her Crew at this Subway location. Last month I walked in because I was in the area and looking for a Subway who was willing to help me out. I was looking to set up a public school lunch order for a school in Petrolia. (Yes, there is a Subway in Petrolia but they were very difficult to get an answer out of and we didn't feel comfortable giving them such a big order for a school lunch.) Within a couple of minutes of talking with Mary I new she was the right person for the job. She new what to do, how to organize it and was willing to talk to me whenever I had a question. Even giving me her personal cell number so I could reach her at any time. She pulled off a 185 subs order in a timely manner, well labeled with each students name and organized in boxes by class. Making the process for the parent volunteers very easy to deliver to each class. The feed back from the students and staff was awesome. Every single sub was made to profection every order was correct and the kids loved having Subway again. Thank you so much, we can't wait to work with you again next school year.
