  I got physically assaulted for sticking up for 2 young girls being picked on by 4 violent boys inside of this Taco Bell. I wouldn't be leaving this 1 star review if that was the full extent of the issue, but it isn't… Thankfully I recorded almost the entire interaction because the Taco Bell staff started blaming me for getting attacked, and calling out these misogynistic boys… This taco bell is criminal!

  They allow staff friends to hang out and be very verbal to other young paying customers that come in. Witness this and poor girls nothing was done.

  I visited the Taco Bell/Redberry location in St. Thomas at approximately 5:30 p.m., and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. When my wife and I arrived, several employees were standing around, joking loudly and laughing, instead of serving customers or cleaning the restaurant. Throughout our visit, we could clearly hear staff members constantly swearing, which created an unprofessional and uncomfortable atmosphere. The dining area was dirty, all tables throughout the seating area needing to be cleaned. The floors were in need of immediate attention. As we were leaving, I went to throw away our garbage, but the waste bin was overflowing to the point where there was no room left. I had no choice but to leave our tray beside it. The biggest concern is the apparent lack of leadership. A shift manager who allows this type of behaviour, poor cleanliness, and lack of professionalism is not doing their job. I have restaurant management experience with Kentucky Fried Chicken from the 1990s through the early 2000s, so I know what it takes to run a clean, organized, and customer-focused operation. This location has the potential to be much better with proper management and accountability. I'm sure I could turn things around if given an opportunity. I hope Redberry Restaurants takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements as this also shows a lack of commitment on their behalf. Please tell me customer service, quality standards and professionalism is still a focus.

  This Taco Bell is amazing! :) The night staff (9pm-later, that's the only time i'm usually in) are soo nice! Me & my Fiancè always get fresh, fully loaded food, friendly faces, and fast service. It's such a blessing when fixing a craving/just grabbing dinner late at night. Keep it up!
