  I’ve visited this Subway location several times because it’s close to me. Unfortunately, whenever I use a coupon, some staff seem unhappy about it and give me impatient looks or attitudes. I don’t understand why customers are made to feel unwelcome for using coupons that Subway provides. Yesterday, I bought three footlong sandwiches for myself and my colleagues. I politely asked if they could be packed in separate bags, and the employee told me, “No, because you got one sandwich for free, I can’t give you bags.” I was shocked by this response. I still paid for my order, and asking for separate bags for three sandwiches doesn’t seem unreasonable. The issue isn’t the bags—it’s the attitude and lack of customer service. I hope management can address this and ensure customers are treated respectfully, whether they use coupons or not.

  Absolutely horrible experience at this Subway on West Beaver Creek. I was parked for a moment waiting for a friend so we could go inside together. An employee came out of the store and immediately started yelling at me, threatening to call the police and take a picture of my license plate. Completely aggressive and unnecessary. I went inside to order anyway, and instead of calming down, she continued arguing, denied everything, and then REFUSED to serve me. When I asked for a manager or any contact information, she said she didn’t have one and refused to help. To make it worse, she then locked herself inside the office to avoid dealing with the situation, leaving me standing there after being yelled at and refused service. I understand there may be parking policies, but nothing justifies this kind of behavior. This was unprofessional, hostile, and honestly embarrassing for the business. Avoid this location if you expect basic respect.
