  I wouldn’t normally leave a negative review for a fast-food restaurant, but this was genuinely the worst Subway experience I’ve had, and I’ve visited locations across Canada for most of my life. We had four hungry kids and placed our order through the app at 7:35 p.m., with a pickup time of 7:50. We arrived at 7:42, and there wasn’t a single other customer in the entire store, yet our order still wasn’t ready until 8:02. We had to go back and forth from the car three times while waiting. In that amount of time, we could have gone to another location, ordered at the counter and dined in. We ordered two footlong subs and two six-inch subs, and all four were very poorly made with barely any toppings. I asked for more pickles and olives while the gentleman was preparing them because the portions looked so sparse, but he told me he was just following the order and declined to add any more. When we got home, two of the kids shared one of the footlongs and counted only two pickle slices and eight olive slices on their half. The six-inch steak sub was especially small and completely crushed, despite still costing around $9. The gentleman working wasn’t mean or angry, but he was unfortunately very dismissive and spoke to me as though I were a child. I didn’t complain or try to rush him because I respect that he was older, but after waiting that long, I had at least hoped the food would be made properly. My kids were extremely unhappy after waiting so long, only to receive sandwiches of such poor quality. Do yourself a favour and go to another location down the street. We will not be returning.

  I love this location. Service is always great and welcoming. Also, the owners are the kindest people and deserve our support.

  One of the best Subway locations I've been to! The staff is always very welcoming, friendly, and polite. They make you feel appreciated from the moment you walk in. They also don't skimp on the toppings like some other locations, they're generous with the ingredients, which makes the sandwiches taste even better. Everything is always fresh, the restaurant is clean, and the service is fast. Highly recommend this location if you're looking for great food and excellent customer service!

  This subway location is my go to! There is this lovely persian granny that prepared my subs always the right and perfect way! Overall good service and good atmosphere !
