  My wife and I decided to try the new "SubDog". First off there was only one left so the employee went into the back to get more and heated them up in the microwave. I wasn't overly excited about paying for a microwaved hotdog but my wife convinced me to give it a chance. When we got our order it was by far the most disappointing food experience I've ever had at Subway. My wife's hotdog was extremely overcooked and looked like it was left over from the day before, and mine was still ice cold inside. When we mentioned it to the employee he just stood there looking at us with no response. When we told him we wanted a refund he again just stood there staring at us. I had to repeat that we wanted a refund at least 5 or 6 times before he reacted. He went to the cash register, touched the screen and then told us that he couldn't give us a refund, because he has to call his manager. I told him he should get calling them because I wasn't leaving without my refund. This employee again just stood there like a deer in the headlights until I insisted. He tried to call the manager and hung up telling us that he only got the voicemail, then he just turned around and went back to work in the back area. I asked him to call again and he said "they'll call me back". I kept having to insist that he try again otherwise he just stayed in the back avoiding us. After approximately 40 minutes someone finally called him back and he started talking to them in their native language so I have no idea what he was actually saying, but he eventually hung up and told me that he would only refund the cost of the sandwiches even though we had ordered combos and hadn't touched anything else other than the drinks, and of course the couple of bites of the sandwiches. He eventually figured out how to complete the refund transaction and we were able to leave. The SubDog sandwich is absolutely disgusting, and for it to take a total of 45 minutes to get a refund is utterly ridiculous and absolutely unacceptable.

  Staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful. Had a large pick up order, it was on time and they assisted in getting in my vehicle. Would definitely order from them again such nice and professional staff.
