  if I could give zero stars, I definitely would I used to enjoy going to this subway, but the past couple times I’ve got delivery. There has been nothing but issues part of my order was missing out of my bag so I called the store and asked them what happened and she continued to tell me that it was because the store is busy and they forgot to put it in the bag. Well, how is that my issue? I asked her. She then proceeded to tell me that I needed to come in and get the rest of my order which I do not drive so that is not an option. When I asked for her manager to call me the next day, she immediately hung right up on me. I called back and she didn’t want to take my phone number. It’s really sad when your hometown is Port Dover and you’ll be taking your business elsewhere.

  this location does not accept the current coupons In the mail. after ordering and scanning, guy said coupon won't work, dispite being valid until June 2026 (may 6 visit). After failing to work, guy said it's full price, instead of honoring the coupon at all, as you would expect them to keep the coupon and mark down the price as most other food places would. sadly, false advertising.

  MT MEAT WAS RAW AND I COULDN'T CHECK THROUGH IT along with many other ingredients being mixe in that I didnt ask for the manager was also yelling a his employees when I walked in

  Lock the building an hour after close and wave off customers that knock. This is blatant laziness and shows a lack of work ethic.

  The guy behind the counter is having bad attitude. Not so polight made worst sub ever .everything messed up. Not coming back again.
