I have visited several Subway locations, but unfortunately, this particular location has been disappointing every time—not because of the food or sandwiches, but because of the staff’s attitude and customer service. I visited this location on Wednesday, September 17, and the staff member serving me was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. When I politely asked about the attitude, the response became even more unpleasant, which made the experience even more disappointing. This also doesn’t seem to be an isolated experience. I have spoken with a few people at my workplace who have visited the same location, and they have mentioned having similar experiences with the staff’s attitude. I’m not sure what action, if any, will be taken, but I wanted to share my experience because customers should be treated with basic respect and courtesy. I would still consider visiting Subway again, but I would be hesitant to return to this particular location unless there is a noticeable improvement in the customer service.
