  Best subway in town, idk why it tastes so much better than other subways. The employee (Raman) there is so sweet and polite. Love the overall experience.

  This was such a horrible experience. I placed an order while I was shopping at a few different stores, and after almost 20 minutes, I went to pick it up only to find out that it still wasn’t ready and she was toasting my sub that i only had one to be toasted. I waited there while the employee took her time before finally getting my order ready properly after i got her in time seeing that my sub was about to be toasted too.. Once I finally received the subs I ordered for myself and my partner, both of ours were stale. His was toasted and mine wasn’t, yet somehow both were rock solid. I brought the subs back and politely explained that both were stale. She insisted that they had been freshly made, which I can confidently say they were not. I’ve had fresh subs from other locations, and these were nowhere close to the same quality. After I asked if they could remake them, I watched her make the new subs, only for her to use bread from the same batch that was already stale. I even explained that I have braces and that the bread was so hard it was close to breaking one of my brackets, yet she still gave me the same stale bread. On top of that, the amount of toppings was extremely disappointing. There was barely any meat on either sub. It honestly felt like the new workers were being taught to be extremely stingy with the toppings instead of properly portioning the ingredients. I understand not wanting to overfill a sub, but there is a huge difference between reasonable portions and barely putting anything on it. I was nothing but polite and understanding throughout the entire situation, so receiving such a dirty look after politely bringing up the issue was extremely disappointing. I completely understand that mistakes happen, but when you’re given stale bread twice, extremely small portions, and have your time wasted after waiting almost 45 minutes for an order to be made properly and worth my money, it becomes incredibly frustrating. Unfortunately, after this experience, I would not recommend this location. There are much better locations where the food is actually fresh and the portions are worth what you’re paying for.
