  it was amazing experience, we ordered veggie patties, and it was amazing, and the person who served us, he was polite and friendly, name was Raj. I'd suggest you go and try their new bread 🍞, as i am vegetarian so i ask him to use eggless sauces and he help us to make the sub tasty without all sauces.

  I placed an online order around 4:30 PM and called the store to inform them I would pick it up around 7:00 PM. However, the employee (Heer) prepared my order almost 2 hours in advance, which resulted in my sandwich being completely cold by the time I arrived. When I asked to speak with the manager (Mitesh Patel), he refused to provide contact details and was extremely rude throughout the interaction. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Serving food prepared hours in advance without proper handling is also a potential health concern. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. If there were an option, I would rate this 0/5 based on both the service and food quality.

  TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE at Subway. I came in with a valid coupon and was fully ready to use it, but the employee never once mentioned that the coupon had to be scanned before paying. She processed the entire transaction, took my money, and only after everything was completed did she suddenly say it was “too late” to apply the coupon. That makes no sense. If employees know there’s a required step for coupons, they should tell customers before charging them, not after the payment is already locked in. What made the experience even worse was the attitude. Instead of trying to help or fix the issue, she acted smug about it like it was funny or somehow my fault for not magically knowing their system. There was zero professionalism and zero customer service. It honestly felt shady and misleading, and I left feeling completely ripped off over something that could have been avoided with basic communication. Definitely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a Subway. DONT COME TO THIS SUBWAY UNLESS U WANT TO GET SCAMMED!!!!!!!! One of these ladies in the last photo scammed me

  Ordered a BIRTHDAY meal through Uber Eats and somehow Subway managed to completely mess up the most basic order. We ordered 2 footlong meatball subs with marinara sauce and cheese. That's IT! For whatever reason these subs came with habenero sauce, lettuce, cucumber, tomato and red onions. SERIOUSLY? How this happens is beyond me, especially for the most basic order. Ridiculous and disappointing. Please learn how to read so you don't ruin someone else's meal.
