  Well i don't want to give a bad review, but this is my second time. I'm visiting this location the first time when i visited I don't even know her name. She doesn't have any name tag.she Was giving me attitude in back talking. I thought maybe she has a bad day so I didn't review anything. But today I went again and she's the same way even though I told her to mark the spicy.one She marked the wrong one When I told her sorry, you mark it wrong one. she said, both are chicken and it's a bird, well, she has a very, very bad attitude.I would not gonna go again because I don't wanna pay my money and being insulting over there.so no commendation especially for this location and every Sunday.She is there , I was wishing I hope she's not there but she was the one she served me sadly. I think she's way too busy on her phone.

  Visited on July 13, 2026, at approximately 11:18 p.m. I had a very disappointing experience here. I came in to order a tuna sub, and the employee serving me was dismissive, rude, and had a condescending attitude from the moment I walked in. There was no greeting, no smile, and no basic customer service. Throughout my order, I was polite and said "please" and "thank you." As I asked for vegetables, the employee repeatedly responded with "and... and... and..." in an impatient, condescending tone instead of simply letting me finish ordering. When I asked for BBQ sauce, I was told they were out. I then asked for hot sauce and was again told they were out. Finally, I asked for Nashville Hot sauce, and suddenly it was available after the employee went to the back to get it. To make matters worse, the lettuce looked old, with brown and yellow leaves instead of being fresh and green. Everyone can have a bad day, but customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and served fresh ingredients. I hope management addresses both the customer service and the quality of the food.

  I go to this location all the time and I always have a different server and the other servers were fine. Today I had a server named Shalim if that’s even his real name (July 7 around 745pm) I ordered a rotisserie chicken sub on Italian herb and garlic and I took it home to eat it. As you can see in the picture, the dough is literally raw. As I was paying and leaving, I saw that guy cooking More bread/subs so he must’ve been the one that cooked this one and he undercooked it where it was still raw. I called him to get a refund. He said he can’t do anything about it. I have to come back and he will get me a new sub. I don’t want a new sub that’s gonna be raw again. I asked to speak to a manager. He said there’s no manager and to email Cody Clark (I tried to post the email, but Google reviews doesn’t allow it) who is the alleged owner of this location. I sent a long email only for it to get bounced back because of course this guy gave me a fake email. Which is why I don’t believe his name is even Shalim. Absolutely unbelievable service. Definitely never going back to this location ever again. Imagine this was a pregnant person eating raw food unknowingly. I didn’t even realize it was raw until a few bites in I thought it was just soggy, but then I opened it up and peeled the top of the bread and you could see it’s fully raw and there’s no way it could be soggy because the sauce was in between the meat and vegetables not on the bun.

  Mr Grumpy is a man of few words, will talk when spoken to but upon arrival, on exiting, no pleasantries exchanged. Wasn’t sure if he was happy to have us. The meat scoopers are made for one scoop full. I don’t know why he found it difficult and added Half a scoop first then add another piece of chicken thereafter. The weirdest part was, upon asking for 2 glasses which was right at the front for drinks, he removed small plastic glasses(almost half the size of the paper cups already lying on the front counter) from a cupboard underneath without any explanation for our drinks. Guess the paper cups were meant for decoration. Needless to say, we had to get up thrice to refill our drinks. Quite a weird location with a weird server..
