  Very disappointed today. Online order and there was an error in our order. Called the store, advised our order was incorrect. We got a duplicate of one of the subs, therefore missing one of our other options. Response “what would you like me to do about that”. We would like the correct sub. “I don’t have time for that”. “Bring it back I’ll add the veggies “. 🤦‍♀️ thats not the problem! Not professional and unfortunately that response did not sit well with me. I made my way back and can ‘somewhat’ understand the response from the employee…a good size line up and online orders were not addressed; the wait was unacceptable. One customer said he could have been to Sarnia and back in the amount of time he waited for his online order. Honestly why is there only one employee doing walk ins and the online orders!! Not fair to employees or customers!!

  usually pretty good, but sometimes theyll serve extremely stale bread? not even later in the day, in the middle… so its not like the bread has been sitting for a super long time. and i mean STAAAAALE, like not toasted and you can knock on it and its HARD. idk if its policy to serve bread no matter what or one of the staff just doesnt care, either way its SUPED annoying. but the place is really nice inside

  I attended this location on June 7, 2026 between 6-6:30pm. There was one employee working by himself, no coworkers in store. There was one other person in front of me, but as I was there several other people came in. The young man working moved as quickly as he could, greeted every person that walked in the door, was friendly all while dealing with the dinner time rush by himself. In my opinion he deserves a raise or a bonus at least! It is difficult to get good customer service anywhere during a quiet time with multiple staff members; but this young man provided exceptional service!
