Never had a chalupa before and bought the 2 supreme chalupa combo. Honestly assumed they would be soft but crispy judging from the picture.. I opened the wrapping to find a hard dry shell that honestly didn’t seem right. I took a bite and it was the driest crumbly shell I’ve ever had. I had to look up on google if that was what a chalupa shell was supposed to be like as I honestly thought “who would ever buy this garbage”. Only to find out the shells are supposed to be soft and not fully crispy… on top of that every single soft taco they make is poorly put together and falls apart as soon as I open the wrapper. I didn’t know buying a taco was a DIY project where I had to reassemble all of my food… speaking to the owner.. hire some competence please
Thanks to whoever made our friesupreme and tacos! My wife and I took a break from here because w we got ten tacos .... and they forgot to give us taco sauce!!! Im sorry but ask 99.999 TB lovers, we need the sauce for the full experience lol... we'll we finally gave it another go and swear, we never brought it up as it was on Uber and they don't give you a chance give it up!! But we got way extra.
A no Brainerd is start selling packets with sides. I mean you sell them at Walmart mart ! Food for thought? Haha.. again thank for the great dinner

Absolutely terrible first experience with Taco Bell through Uber Eats.
My wife and I were exhausted after a long day and decided to order food instead of cooking. We waited over 1.5 hours for our order to arrive, only to find that it wasn’t even what we ordered. The delivery driver told us the mistake was from the restaurant.
To make things worse, the food was completely cold by the time it arrived. I have my own car and could have picked up food myself, but because we were so tired, I chose delivery for convenience. Instead, we ended up with the wrong cold food and had to start cooking dinner ourselves late at night.
This was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. Waiting that long, receiving the wrong order, and then still having to cook after all that is simply unacceptable.
Very unhappy with this experience.
Word of Advice: be wary of perfectly written 5 star reviews that always seem to include employee's name (spelled perfectly).
***EDIT JUNE '26****
I raised stars because the manager of TB was very nice when I contacted them about getting my order wrong. I wasn't able to go back until several days later so wasnt sure they'd still give the free item promised but not only did he give me 1, he gave me 2.
Now that's good customer service****
Like a lot of other reviews, this is another drive thru order wrong discovered after we got settled at home of course.
I know there are worse things to complain about so I'm just sayin it kinda sucks - especially when not able to go back immediately.
I think they just hope that customers just don't bother going back .
It doesn't help we didn't get a receipt either.
The food was cold and lacked ground beef too.
Very difficult to understand cashier over speaker due to thick Indian accent - (she was nice).
Hate to say it but as much as we swear we won't go back, we probably will take a gamble, go again and hope that our *Next* order will be good...

Currently 11:29 pm. June 2nd. 2 consecutive weeks in a row Tacobell system is conveniently not working 30 mins before 12 am at the end of the taco Tuesday $2 deal.
Avoid Tacobell on Tuesdays after 10 pm. They just don’t want to work and honor their menu.
