  Very busy tonight and I waited around 30 minutes, but honestly, the poor girl working was doing her best completely on her own. She was handling everything while staying polite and trying to serve everyone as quickly as possible. If you know it gets this busy, please schedule more staff. The wait wasn’t her fault at all. If management knows that certain hours get this busy, there should be enough employees scheduled to handle the rush. Leaving one employee alone during a busy period is unfair to both the employee and the customers waiting. I really want to appreciate the girl working tonight because despite being clearly under pressure, she kept trying her best and never stopped helping people.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I normally don’t write long reviews, but I genuinely felt that Neha deserves to be recognized for the kind of service she provides. My experience with Neha at Subway was excellent. She was incredibly kind, respectful, professional, and welcoming. Her service was quick, efficient, and handled with genuine care, and she maintained a positive attitude throughout. I also happened to witness an interaction around the time of my visit where I felt that Neha was not given the same level of courtesy and respect that she was giving to others. I won’t go into the details, because I don’t think that’s necessary. What stood out to me was that she continued to remain professional and respectful instead of allowing one unpleasant interaction to affect how she treated people afterward. That really deserves recognition. Customer service can be a difficult job. People are often quick to speak up when they’re unhappy, but we don’t always take the time to acknowledge the person working behind the counter who is simply trying their best. Neha deserves that appreciation. She was fast, polite, patient, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. Whatever someone else may have said or how someone else may have behaved, it doesn’t take away from the fact that she was doing her job with professionalism and kindness. I hope the Subway management sees this review and knows that their employees notice when customers appreciate them too. Thank you, Neha, for your hard work and for continuing to treat people with kindness. You handled yourself with a lot of grace, and that should never go unnoticed. ❤️ Five stars, absolutely deserved. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I ordered two Veggie Patty subs, and everything was excellent. Sam provided outstanding service—he was very friendly, polite, and communicated really well. He was also very nice and welcoming with everyone. I forgot to take a picture of my subs, but the food and service were both excellent. Sam definitely made the experience even better. Great customer service and a great team! I’ll definitely be coming back.

  Great spot for a grab and go for school/ the zoo. Stopped in with the family to grab a meal. Will be back.
