  No hair nets lose hair not tied up don’t be surprised if hair is in your sub, one of the women workers appeared miserable no customer service and she made subs wrong!. Don’t go

  Just got a sub from there. The girl working the counter would not acknowledge me when I spoke. She gave me scraps of the lettuce, I asked for more she didnt acknowledge me and went and got more lettuce from the fridge, which was brown. Everything I asked for I said please and thank you and still nothing. I said thats enough mayo and she put another big line of it on, which wrecked the sub for me. No customer service at all. Will be going to Mr.Sub next time!

  There should be more than one person working on a Sunday no matter what time of day having to wait over 20 min for a couple subs is bad I feel terrible for the young lady behind the counter having to work by her self even if it’s almost closing time

  Extremely disappointing customer service. I greeted the employee politely with a smile after a long working day, but received no greeting, no smile, and no courtesy in return. The entire interaction felt cold, dismissive, and unprofessional; it seemed like the employee was forced to be there. At checkout, my sub was slid across the counter, and when I asked for a bag, it was simply placed on the counter for me to pack myself. I used to visit this location regularly long time ago when the customer service used to be better than this, but after today's experience, I'll be thinking twice before coming back. Customer service costs nothing; I get that it can be busy and Exhausting dealing with people all day as I work in customer service as well but this location seriously need to do better.
