  I use to work at a Subway and the level of service I received tonight was beyond disappointing. The staff aren’t trained well, reading what goes on the subs from a chart and still getting them wrong. The one guy seemed to be looking at customers for help and looked beyond confused during every order. No grill at this location anymore. Had to come home and grill my own wrap. Please train your staff better, they need more confidence. Not fully trained staff has become a regular problem at this location for over a year now.

  Really got disappointed with this store. I waited for longest time the lady ahead me has pretty big order. Upon my turn the guy didn’t even smiled, I felt so rude. The guy was working like someone forced him to work there. Very Unprofessional behaviour even the employee don’t know how to greet customers. I asked for double cheese he didn’t even put evenly the cheese was falling on other side. The lady behind me got bigger order instead of making my sub which was just on 6 inch bread and doesn’t gonna take time. He started making the other order. I was waiting for my bread It got almost got cold. He didnt even said to wait or apologize. Should train your employee much more better or don’t put this kind of people in rush.

  A bunch of thieves. I made a order for a subdog and they called letting me know there were sold out. The guy then says l can make something else for you, l told him no l wanted a subdog nothing else so l will pass on the off. Then l told him to cancel the order, he then proceeds to say cancelled it. I don't receive any message from skipthedishes that my order has been cancelled and skipthedishes couldn't cancelled it from their end, this guy Gurjot Singh kept lying that he cancelled the order, ontop of that he called with his personal number instead of using the company phone. Took about 20mins and skipthe dishes ended up trying to call them and they did not pick up. This guy kept lying on call that he canceled the order, l ended calling him then recording him. He only canceled the order after l said was coming to the restaurant. Unbelievable people at this restaurant!

  Just got a sub from there. The girl working the counter would not acknowledge me when I spoke. She gave me scraps of the lettuce, I asked for more she didnt acknowledge me and went and got more lettuce from the fridge, which was brown. Everything I asked for I said please and thank you and still nothing. I said thats enough mayo and she put another big line of it on, which wrecked the sub for me. No customer service at all. Will be going to Mr.Sub next time!
