  My wife and I had dinner there. The representative was very busy, but remained helpful and made good food. We found the price a little high.

  I use to order here many times with staff but had an issue with the store manager! Staff member basically saturated my sub with salt. I wrote to there HO and the manager finally contacted me and said drive here with the sub- a day later-really! I took pictures of the amount of salt on it. Anyhow not going back to that location.

  Very disappointing experience at this Subway location. This is not the first time I've noticed that the Veggie Patty is marked as "Out of Stock" in the Subway app, but when I go into the store, they actually have it available. I visited the store because I wanted to place an online order using a 25% promotion. I politely asked the employee if the Veggie Patty could be updated in the app so I could place my order. Instead of trying to help, she rudely told me they were not accepting it and that she couldn't do anything. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. My biggest concern is that this has happened multiple times at this location. If the Veggie Patty is available in the store, it should also be available in the app. Repeatedly showing it as out of stock prevents customers from using online promotions and creates a frustrating experience. I hope the owner and Subway management investigate this issue and improve both customer service and the accuracy of the app inventory at this location. I recommend **not accusing the store of intentionally blocking discounts as a fact**, because you can't know that for certain. Instead, state that it **appears** to happen repeatedly and ask Subway to investigate. That makes your complaint stronger, more credible, and more likely to be taken seriously.
