  Twice now while I was eating inside this restaurant people have come in with non-service dogs and nobody has said anything to them. The owner should know that this is not only disgusting, it's against the law in Ontario. I will not be eating here again, considering they choose to not enforce basic cleanliness standards.

  Wonderful experience! I’m a franchisee from the US on vacation in the area. Wanted to try a SubDog. The staff was attentive, upsold well, knew the prompts, and more. Not sure the name of the young man who waited on me (Wednesday July 8 around noon - he was taller, wore a green bucket hat, and I think had a pony tail) but his customer service skills were top notch.

  The Fast & the Fabulous work here! Awesome spot-on service without once making me feel "extra" because I like all the veggies and a couple of condiments. This is my second visit this month and different staff each time but still fantastic!

  Guy with thy Green Hat reporting with important news! Flatbread is back, and with our New SubDog try my spin called the Pig in the blanket using the flatbread it's 10/10 🐷. That combined with our amazing staff and delicious food there is a reason everyone keeps coming back for more. 😁
