  Food was as expected. The staff however... There's currently a deal on. Buy a sub, get the second half off. They charged me full price and I brought up the deal. One of the two employees tried to do it and just shrugged and walked away, saying "it's only a couple of dollars" under her breath, not realizing my daughter could fully hear her. The other tried, and then insisted I scan my app. I did and she said "there" and walked away. The Price was still full price. I said "this is still full price!". She said "yes". They're was a considerable line at this point so, against my better judgement, I paid and left. I don't go to subway often anymore, and this location is the reason. It is now the reason I'm just not going back.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway. I ordered a Veggie Delite sandwich, but the employee was handling ham for another order and then touched the vegetables for my sandwich without changing gloves. As a vegetarian, this was completely unacceptable and made me uncomfortable. The vegetables also looked stale and not fresh, and the overall service was rude and unprofessional. I used a valid coupon, but I was charged extra without a clear explanation. Although I didn’t want to argue or make the employee feel bad, I couldn’t eat the sandwich because of the cross-contamination concerns. I ended up throwing it in the garbage immediately after leaving the restaurant. I hope management takes food handling, freshness, and customer service more seriously. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won’t be returning.

  If I could leave negative stars I would. Went there today and the Lady working was SO rude my 11 Y/O and actually turned to me and said “that lady has no manners”. I then watched her drop a bun on the floor then continue to serve it to someone. Absolutely disgusting both action and behaviour. I understand why no one wants to go there.

  The woman they hired is rude especially to children ,they are ignorant when u ask for what u want ,the eye rolls from female older lady and loud rude ...WHAT DO WANT ON THIS and if u ask something like can I have more of this ,UHHH SLAPS IT ON LIKE YOU ARE A INCONVENIENCE I use to love going there check out f.b post how people now feel ,sad too say but goodbye subway we pay too much to be treated like garbage from a employee who must have connection to company as no complaints seem to change the outcome
