  Very disappointing experience. We were in Grand Bend and placed an order through the Subway app, selecting Grand Bend, but somehow the order was sent to the Parkhill location because the Grand Bend location apparently doesn’t accept online orders. We called Parkhill within about 3 minutes of placing the order, but were told they had already started preparing it and couldn’t cancel it. Parkhill is about 30 minutes away, and because of a road closure, it took us around 45 minutes to get there. The biggest issue is Subway’s app allowing an order to go to a completely different location without making it clear enough. A simple order turned into a long drive and a very frustrating experience.

  Good Subway location! Manpreet was amazing. Extremely helpful, prepared our Sub fast, organized, extremely polite, excellent service. Thank you Manpreet, My family and I enjoyed the Sub! Thanks.

  An Indian myself, I have no shame in saying that Restaurants owned by Indians in Canada, aren’t being well Managed and Food Quality is Dropping. But this Subway Location has proved me wrong. The two fine Ladies who work here provide you the best service anyone can expect at Subway. The quality of Chicken they use is Impeccable. Jerk Chicken is finely shredded unlike the Jerk Chicken i had at Lucan Subway Location which had big pieces and wasn’t cooked properly. These ladies listen to details and make my Sandwich how I explain. What else do you want? Thanks Manpreet and Avneet
