  Bought this power bowl today and paid over $10 for it and it’s not even worth the money. First of all, not enough quantity and when asked if can fill it up more, I was denied stating “that was it”… it’s the smallest bowl I’ve ever gotten. Very disappointed with the food quantity for what I paid for!!!

  Zero stars! I’ve been to this location over 20 times and every time it seems like I’m inconveniencing the staff by showing up. No friendly greeting or service. Someone needs to say it, stop hiring these people. Hire people that want to work and care about the work they are doing. Also why is the lettuce always so dried up and freezer burned. Learn how to properly store the vegetables. I’m not coming back, I rather drive to Mr.Sub in Brantford.

  Very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I ordered a sub, but when I received it, it was made on the wrong bread. When I called the store, the employee spoke very rudely and said, “What can we do? Come and pick up another one, otherwise nothing can be done.” Because of their mistake, I had to waste my own time and travel back to the store. Even after I arrived, no one apologized for the inconvenience. They simply handed me another sub, which was also poorly made. The staff showed no professionalism, took no responsibility for their mistake, and had a very rude attitude. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend this location.
