  After having my Sub I used the men's washroom to wash my hands. The dryer on the wall to the left of the sink turned on once I placed my hands under it. The fan was so loud I pulled my hands away. I have an app. that measures sound/db meter. Started the dryer again and it read 102.5 db. My ears are ringing still as it's an enclosed space and I'm sensitive to light and sound. Please replace with paper towels? Paper towels are recyclable/green bin compatible and don't need electricity. Paper towels are also very quit. Ron {Retired Safety Eng.)

  Recieved a flier in the mail from Canada Post that offered 3 footlongs for the price of 2 and when we went to redeem it the owner said it had expired when it clearly had not ..

  I have visited Subway many times, and every single visit has been consistently amazing because of Dhrumit and Jeni. They truly make the whole experience better with their welcoming nature, positive attitude, and the genuine smile they carry while serving every customer. One thing I always notice is how seriously they take cleanliness and hygiene. They prepare every order very carefully, always wearing gloves, maintaining proper food safety standards, and keeping the entire counter and preparation area spotless throughout service. It immediately gives customers confidence in the quality of food being served. As a vegetarian, I pay close attention to how my food is handled, and I really appreciate the care they put into preparing everything properly. The vegetables are always incredibly fresh and crisp, sauces and ingredients are well stocked, and the sub is made neatly with attention to detail instead of being rushed. Great customer service is rare, but both of them consistently go above expectations by being polite, efficient, and making customers feel comfortable. It’s honestly one of the few places where you can clearly see staff taking pride in what they do. Every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. Wonderful experience every time!

  Attended on June 26, 2026 at 4pm. When we walked in, the dining area was filthy with food and garbage on all the seats and floor. The two female staff members talked between themselves the entire time and had to keep asking what our order was because they would talk over us. We ordered the flatbread, which was torn the wrong way and caused all the toppings to fall out. At checkout they left the subs on the counter and we had to place them inside the bag ourselves. Overall the atmosphere was gross, the service was extremely rude, the quality of food was bad. Very disappointing, considering we were the only customers there and were travelling from out of town. Eat somewhere else.
