    Great service. There are only two of us in there so obviously it wasn't busy. The attendant asked me which meat I wanted and I said veggie. I should have known by looking at the tomatoes that they were not Tomatoes at all. I think there's some genetically modified organism looks like a tomato but they have a crunch to them, a soft crunch, but nonetheless, a crunch. I don't know how good I'm going to feel after eating this abomination. Needless to say I don't think I'll be going back to subway again. It's lost it's nostalgia, cheap prices, and certainly flavor, doesn't matter how much sauce you put on it, it's still crap.

    my daughter was in on friday to order 3 subs for us for supper -- she placed her order and 1 of the subs was a chicken pizzioli -- they had no clue how to make it so ok my daughter walked her thru it and got the other 2 ordered and paid and left -- however when she got hom there was no lettuce on her sub -- so i called them to let them know and that is when things turned --- i made the call as my daughter suffers from social anxiety and wears headphone as to much noise can be over stimulating and looking people in the face also triggers her-- but know she can hear a person speaking in a normal tone--- she ordered her sub and her daughters looking at her phone to read what her daughter wanted and to make aure my veggies where ordered -- she paid and came home only to discover her sub ( which only had ham mayo and lettuce on it) was missing the lettuce so i called the restaurant immediately and the staff i got on the phone was very rude and at one paid made a comment at the "dam lettuce" -- so i was told to come back and get the lettuce -- which was all we wanted--- i never asked for a refund i just asked for the sub to be made properly-- so i went in to the restaurant-- the one on 16th st east in owen sound and i waited until it was my turn -- the whole time i was the the girl with the training name tag on kept looking at me--- i was chatting with the customer in front of me as we werw aquaitances and both work in the customer service industry--- when it was my turn i had hand her the sub and asked for it to be remade as i am sure -- she opened the sub and said there was already lettuce on it -- i had brought the wrong sub back--i didnt feel like driving back and forth as it was after 8pm at this point and witht he price of gas --so i asked asked for head offices phone number -- while the one girl made a phone call the one with the name tag of "training" was talking to me and said maybe if i daughter was paying attention instead of having her headphones on and looking at her phone there would not be a problem-- i could not believe she had said that to me-- i explained my daughterhas social anxiety due to trama and what not she asked the customer she was serving if when the order do they look at their phone or wear headphones and pointed out to me how they dont -- the other staff came over and informed me that if i wanted head offices phone number to look it up on line -- she did offer to make the sub to make us whole -- the girl with the training name tag was rude --- i asked for her name and they refused to give it it to me-- i asked when the owner would be in i was told they do not come into the store-- while my daughter was there ordering the subs they were speaking english to the customers but speaking to each othere in ttheir native language which to me in a town where english is the language it is seen as quite rude for staff to be carrying in in another language and to not give their first name which should be worn on a name tag made visiable

    You have lost your two great’s works you have had. The staff at this location are not kind. They get made when you ask them to wash their hands after touching money. Also when you ask them to change gloves due to allergies. Like gluten free. They tell you we don’t need to. The looks of the veggies look bad. Nothing is fress there anymore. Will never go back. You have gone down hill bad.

    In recent weeks the staffing, quality and customer service has significantly decreased. The toppings looked partially frozen/less then adequate ex. lettuce, cucumbers and spinach mainly that I noticed far from fresh. My most recent and last sub from here was not made like most subs should be and have been until now, it was not up to par with quality of toppings being served, let alone possibly training new staff that needs to continue. I had visited the West side location in recent months and was truly disappointed and disgusted with the showcase of toppings that were pretty awful looking and now this location seems to be following suit! It's a shame and I will not be returning. If I was ok with rotten/deteriorating vegetables I would shop from a local Grocery store garbage bin as this is almost the same quality of disposed fresh goods. Do better Subway!
