  I went to get a footling here after my wife gave birth. Got the cold cut combo and asked for double meat. This is where it got weird, they asked if I wanted all the meats doubled. What's the point in doubling just a single meat? Obviously the point is double all the meat, so of course I said yeah. After doubling the meat and adding my toppings I get to the cash and the person serving me adds double meat 3 times. My sandwich all of a sudden had 12$ extra added to it. I said, "that's not right, double meat is 4$." I got the response, "I asked you if you wanted each meat doubled" to which I responded, "of course I did, that's the point of doubling the meat." Eventually a supervisor/manager came over and tried to push the same rhetoric on me. I pointed to the sign and said, "double meat is 4$extra. The no asterix that said 4$ per meat. If I went to any other subway and asked for double meat, I'd pay 4$ more." Begrudgingly they removed the 2 extra double meats and charged me properly. I swear this place prays on people being too tired, or to emotionally drained, to fight over their overcharging. Be wary if you go to order from here.

  I looked behind the counter and clearly the employees are a lazy, it was a mess, crumbs everywhere and out of place items. The employee was slow and didnt even know what chips they had, I had to remind him to add a mandatory ingredient to my sandwich.

  The evening staff was amazing made us feel very comfortable. He was very helpful and polite.

  The staff is very polite and friendly. They go beyond to give you all the service needed.

  Ben was very nice. Not everything was available but he went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we could. Definitely a bright moment in an otherwise down day.
