Waiting in line with our subway coupons and after making the sandwiches, we were told that there is something wrong with the system and they can't accept our coupons. I wish they put up a sign that says not accepting coupons today or something. As I was trying to explain why the lady should put up a sign to let their customer know, she couldn't comprehend what I was saying. We chose the sandwiches specified on the coupon so it would've been helpful to advertise that they were not accepting coupons. Not a fan of this customer service.

Worst service ever. Short white guy (doesn’t have a name tag) working at front doesn’t know what customer service is. Not changing his gloves after finishing orders. Forgot cheese on my sandwich. Did mobile order and still waited in the line to give my order again. Worst place in ottawa and never coming back.
