  I ordered on Uber and they don't have a note section and so I called the store directly to ask for extra of a topping. I got a rude woman on the phone not once but also another man. I'm not asking for alot but yet get treated like a bother. I recieved less then the formula they use for each sub. Ridiculous. Someone needs to talk to your employees about customer service.

  What a stellar team at Donald St. Subway!! Matt Faulkner and his crew are fantastic. We visited Ottawa from Newfoundland and Labrador with our soccer teams and we needed lunch prepared for 41 players. No problem for these Subway folks. If you ever need a caterer, look no further. Prompt responses, professional service, great food and good prices.. And the owners were so supportive of our team. Come visit the Rock and we will make you honorary Newfoundlanders!! Thank-you so much.

  The subway is so clean and nice. The workers are so nice and really take care to make your sandwich the best that they really can. I never had any problem here definitely recommend.
