  Ordered a chicken sub online. I added detailed instructions for my sub so I dont have to go there and tell it in person. Idk if the dude doesn't know how to read or just wants to piss people off but NONE of my instructions were followed. I asked for hot sauce on side. He put it in the sandwich. I asked for sub to cut in three instead of two, didn't happen. Asked for more chipotle, I could barely taste any. Not to mention too stingy with chicken and cheese. If i wanted a veggie sandwich I would've ordered one. Anyways I told him goodnight. Didnt even reply back. Wouldn't recommend to anyone but my enemies.

  I went to the St-Laurenr Blvd restaurant at around 12h15 for lunch and ordered a Turkey Double meat, extra bacon, no cheese 6" sub. Order went as expected. After the sandwhich was already assembled, the girl who assembled it took macadamia nut cookies with her gloved hands for the customer in front of me. I have allergies to nuts and treenuts. As such, I asked her if she had changed her gloves before making my sandwhich as she seemed VERY used to not using ustensils to grab the cookies. She said she always changes her gloves and that she did before making my sandwhich. I stuck around the restaurant for a few minutes and watched the employee who made my sandwhich for a few more minutes. She did not change her gloves before resuming making sandwhiches after she had grabbed cookies with nuts in them. She caused cross-contamination accross all the food she touched. As such, I went back to the counter and asked if they could reimburse me as they: A) Already cross contaminated the food. B) Proved they did not care one bit about food safety regulations. They refused and kept their stories that the changed their gloves before making my specific sandwhich. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.
