  I usually don’t write reviews, but this is the second time this has happened at this location. I ordered a Big Veggie Footlong and specifically requested extra sauces and crispy onions, but neither was added. I have both the receipt and photo proof. I even tried contacting the manager, only to find that the email on the receipt is incorrect. When I contacted the store, I was told with arrogance that manager will check camera and call back. I was not even give valid contact info of manager.

  Very disappointing experience with Subway. I just placed an order, and honestly, this was a complete waste of money. First, the toppings I specifically selected were not added at all, while toppings that I did not select were added to my sandwich. On top of that, the veggie patty wasn’t even heated properly. How is this acceptable when we are paying for the food and clearly selecting exactly what we want? I don’t understand how an order can be prepared so carelessly. If customers are paying their hard-earned money, they should at least receive the food they actually ordered and at a reasonable quality. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Subway seriously needs to improve its order accuracy, food preparation, and quality control. I paid for a specific order, not for whatever ingredients the staff decided to put in it.

  Sadly there’s no option for 0 star otherwise I would have given. I went there to order the guy just wanted to get rid of me and he wasn’t nice at all . It’s not about the price it’s about respect. I’ll never come back or order thru Uber Eats. Not recommended
