  I’m honestly really disappointed with this Subway location. This is now the second time I’ve placed an order and the same male employee did not prepare it the way I requested. I ordered three tuna sandwiches on Italian Herbs & Cheese bread, with cheese, toasted. Instead, I received plain bread, and the sandwiches weren’t even toasted a little bit. The cheese wasn’t melted at all, and the amount of tuna was also extremely small. I paid for exactly what I ordered, so I don’t understand how the correct bread and something as basic as toasting the sandwiches can be completely missed. The first time this happened, I didn’t complain because I figured mistakes happen. But now it has happened a second time. I even have photos of the sandwiches, and management can check the cameras and order details if needed. I order Subway every couple of days, so I know what the portions and quality are normally like. I was expecting a nice meal after work and instead I was genuinely disappointed. I also want to give credit where it’s deserved: there is a female employee at this location ASIAN GIRL who works extremely hard. She packs the sandwiches properly, follows the order exactly, gives good portions, and always provides great service. Whenever she prepares my food, I have never had an issue. I really hope management looks into this because customers should receive what they actually paid for. After this happening twice, I honestly don’t see myself coming back to this location unless something changes.

  Staff are friendly. Tables are kept clean. Very liberal with ingredients on the sub!

  I had a great experience at Subway thanks to Shreyas. He was incredibly kind, polite, welcoming, and professional from start to finish.The store was also very clean. He took the time to make sure everything was done perfectly and provided excellent customer service with a smile. It's rare to meet someone who is so friendly and genuinely cares about customers. Thank you, Shreyas, for making my visit such a positive one. You're doing an amazing job!

  I went to the store this evening. I felt welcomed there. Even the staff I recognized Lavi was very friendly and delivered a great experience.
