  Literally it is insane on how the Staff DOES NOT WANT TO WORK. I went here ON MY BREAK and it took this girl 15 minutes to make a sub THATS HALFWAY THROUGH MY BREAK.

  To whom it may concern, Subway at Bayshore shopping center totally got my order wrong. When I called to speak to someone the person told me she was looking at my order and she stated that I never wrote that I didn't want the honey mustard sauce or pickles. Not only that the person who answered the phone at the restaurant was rude and told me that there was nothing they could do; and that they would not exchange it if I brought it back and stated that I would just have to eat the sandwich. Now the restaurant offers the choice of the honey mustard sauce and pickles, I made sure that I had removed both items. Hence the receipt of the order lists everything that I wanted on the sandwich and it shows all the items. No where on that order receipt does it say pickles or honey mustard should be on the sandwich. If those two items where to be put on the sandwich it would have been stated on the order receipt Also Subway doesn't even offer a section where you can specifically write that you don't want certain ingredients in your order. Very disrespectful employee as well. Will NOT be ordering from this location again.

  Gone are the days when Subways served you fresh bread, now it’s so stale it breaks off like tree bark. It’s $13.50 with tax for a 6 inch smashed avocado sub, they are stingy with the topping and I got 3 pieces of folder turkey on it. I don’t know how Subway is still open with Firehouse Subs here now, 10+ years ago Subways used to be good, as the years go on it continues to decline in quality. It’s the McDonald’s of Subs now.
