  Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this experience. I placed an online order for 3 subs, and 2 of the 3 were made completely wrong. I specifically selected certain toppings when placing the order, yet when I got home and opened the bag, none of the toppings I requested were even on the subs. Mistakes happen, but getting 2 out of 3 subs wrong makes this feel less like an isolated mistake and more like a lack of effort and care when preparing orders. It really doesn’t seem like anyone is taking the time to actually read the orders before putting them together. I paid for food that was supposed to be made a specific way and instead ended up with something completely different. Having to drive home, open the bag, and discover that most of the order was wrong is incredibly frustrating Management did try to reach out and make it right, which I do appreciate cause that shows they care. Just re enforce the importance to double checking online orders!!

He prepared my sandwich carefully, made sure everything was fresh, and paid attention to my preferences. His positive attitude and excellent customer service made my visit enjoyable.   I had an excellent experience at Subway thanks to Murtuja. He was friendly, professional, and made my sandwich exactly the way I wanted. The ingredients were fresh, the service was quick, and the restaurant was clean. Murtuja's positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out and made my visit enjoyable. Great customer service like this is why I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
