  I think I've had enough bad service now, I give up on this place. This was my regular location but I'm going to walk out of my way to go to another subway since I always seem to encounter the rudest employees here. They are super unhelpful, whether you ask them questions in person or have an issue with the app glitching (which it does) and they just seem so miserable to be there in the first place. Shout out to the young woman who basically told me I could leave when my mobile order wasn't showing up on their system, as her way of helping me (again I go pretty frequently) - so I think we're done now!

  I have been visiting this location for many years, and the overall service level has declined noticeably in recent years. Prices have increased, yet both the quality and quantity of the subs have decreased. Additionally, both the men’s and women’s washrooms have been out of order for more than three months. The fountain drink machines have also been out of service, leaving customers with no choice but to purchase packaged beverages, which are significantly more expensive.

  One of my closest stores to the office — very convenient in downtown. The staff are friendly, service is quick, and the food is always fresh and consistent. The location is clean and well‑maintained, with easy access and paid street parking nearby. Great spot for a quick lunch or takeaway during a busy workday.

  Worst service ever seen in any subway. They were fighting with each other and left the order half way and run out of the store.
