  Really good experience here! The food was fresh, well made and the service was super quick. I’m a little particular about how spicy I like my food, so I mentioned that I wanted it less spicy and Jeneel actually paid attention and made it exactly the way I wanted. Honestly, it turned out perfect. He was friendly, patient and didn’t rush through the order even though the service was fast. Everything was put together really well and you could tell there was attention to what the customer was actually asking for. Good food is one thing, but when someone listens to the little details of your order, it makes the experience so much better. Really appreciated the service. Thanks Jeneel! :)

  This is my first time order in this store with really unpleasant and slow service today. I always order things here with my friends, since the usual staff is really friendly and fast delivery. But Sep 15 @6pm, there were 3 customers in total include me and my friends, he took forever to prepare for the last person order(I understand, maybe he is kinda new or first time to work alone) But when it is my turn, when he ask what veggies, and I said lettuce and cucumber, I repeat twice and he insists that he has his order to do lettuce at the end. Okay, I understand every store has their SOP, but clearly it shouldn’t be on top of the first priority, which is understand what customer needs and then execute. Does he do it? No, does he try to educate customer with something ends of the day bother nothing at all? Yes. After I explained it never a thing when I get from subway in any other store, why you need to question it? He just stay silent. For my friend order, she gently asks if there is any fresh mozzarella, repeat twice, this staff said what??hm? Keep repeating this confused thing pretend that he doesn’t understand what it means, but what is the professional customer service should do? Try to ask other question to double confirm what customer’s need. Does he even try to do that? No. This is really horrible visit and if we see him working again, we pretty sure that we won’t wanna step in store(not because he is a new to work alone, mostly on his unprofessional behavior.)
