  I tried going after work more than 30 minutes before close and when I got there, I wasn't even acknowledged for more than 10 minutes as they were too preoccupied with their uber eats orders. When I finally was able to attempt to make an order, I asked if they had any of the shiitake carnitas left (as it is the only protein I can eat there because of my allergies). I was told that they were out, and when I asked if they could make some more for me, they flat out refused. They told me that it would take 25 minutes to make and that the grill was already off. I've worked kitchens & fast food before, everything from prep/line cook all the way to kitchen manager. In my experience, if you are still open and serving food, there should be no reason why somebody can't order something off your menu unless it is 86 (out of stock). They weren't even out of stock of the shiitake carnitas, they just couldn't be bothered to spend the time to make them, as they probably wanted to leave ASAP after close. I fully understand wanting to leave after your shift as quickly as possible, but there's a way to do it. You can do your pre-close without limiting your customers choices. What would have happened if I or somebody else ordered that protein option on uber eats? Would you go ahead and cancel those orders and loose out on potential profits? It just seems counterintuitive to not have at least all your protein options with enough to do 1-2 servings before you close, as you never know what someone may want. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed. I ended up walking away without getting anything, and taking my business elsewhere. This experience really put a sour taste in my mouth and even though I've been going to this specific location for over 7 years now, I won't be returning.

  Such a nice place ! Staff if really nice and supportive ! Freshness in food is amazing as well !

  Love that they let you have a lot of toppings without upcharges and hot sauces you cab take right to your table.
