  Food was good, and the BOGO made an even better deal but service was slow. The place wasn't even busy. We ordered 2 online orders to avoid the line. Pick up was set at 7PM. I showed up at 7:03. First order was ready, the second took more than 20min (they mixed up the order, it should have taken a few minutes to fix, but they kept preparing the in person patrons). I got my 2nd order by 7:24. I didn't say anything, didn't ask for anything in return, I prefer using my Google review status and my honest review.

  Very disappointed with my last visit. The staff know me as a regular as Ive been many many times since opening and spent a tremendous amount of money here. Every visit I order the exact same thing, the exact same way every time, no exceptions and the staff know this. Today, they had a BOGO deal, I order, they get my protein wrong, I ask them to correct it they say they cant remove food, ok fine I get that, however no offer to remake. So in order to get what I want rather than waste the entire food I have to now add on which of course costs so I basically ended up paying full price instead of getting a nice deal. I made my concern known and for the amount of money I have spent there, they should not have charged me the extra for their mistake. This lack of customer service loses customers and also creates waste as somebody reasonably could refuse the order, wasteful. Not happy and I think its time to explore some of the other local options for this food!*********UPDATE********Appreciate the public copy-paste response, but for a regular who spends a tremendous amount of money here, hiding behind a generic template rather than actually making it right confirms you're more concerned with optics than customer service. Message received, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

  I dont eat spicy foods. Why is it that everytime i come here and ask for MILD i get nothing but spicy?

  Thank you Dina for a wonderful dish it was delicious and you made it perfect. I took the pictures too late, it's almost all gone sorry LOL.
