  I had a very disappointing experience at this Bell Tycoon branch. The customer service was extremely poor. An employee named Faisan kept me waiting for almost an hour, even though my order was apparently already prepared. I was very unhappy with his attitude, tone of voice, and the way he treated me as a customer. I believe every customer deserves respect, good communication, and timely service. Unfortunately, I did not receive that kind of treatment at this branch. I sincerely request the branch owner to look into this matter and provide appropriate guidance to the staff member regarding customer service. Poor customer service like this can damage the reputation of a business and cause it to lose customers.

  rude staff, unapologetically was told to deal with a refund on my own terms and was dismissed immediately. still out $30, no food. Cleaning needs attentive detailing Staff need to smile and learn basic human interaction skills Items placed here are not made with care. Workers use same gloves for money transactions and cross contamination not to dose within dietary/ health restrictions laws

  Bad customer service/impolite store manager. Terrible experience bugs/insects flying in this restaurant, You should be ready to waste hours to get your food at this location

  Usually pretty good here. This time was pretty frustrating. I order a cheesey gordita crunch combo, she confirms a combo 2. Then she puts in 2 combos. Added some cinnabon bites, had to repeat myself 4 times that I wanted the 12pc. Pull up to the window and she says "Combo 4?" I correct her to combo 2 and she looks at me like I'm an idiot and gives me a snarky "yeah" as if she didn't just get it wrong and I'm an ass for checking. She reads out my ask for No Tomatoes. Yes. Cool. I had asked multiple times for that as well. Still got em. Was never asked for sauce, but I also forgot about that myself lol.
