  We were greeted exceptionally well by the staff and the Owner herself, The food was fresh and delicious and also the stuff is very knowledgable about gluten intolerance. Amazing place.

  I just have to say, I visited a few days ago, and my experience still stands out to me. This store is doing an exceptional job with customer service. Karan provided an exceptional experience. I loved how warmly he treated me and how naturally he started a great conversation. Despite being so engaging, he was also very efficient—he prepared my order quickly and made sure I did not have to wait long. I really admired how confidently he handled the whole store on his own while still making every customer feel welcome. He is very knowledgeable about IT, current affairs, and the AI world, which genuinely surprised and impressed me. Karan’s positive energy, charm, and excellent service truly made my day. Because of people like him, this has become one of my favourite places to visit. Thank you so much, Karan! This guy needs a raise !!

  Today my husband and I went to this location and had the pleasure to be served by Karan. From the moment we stepped in we were greeted with the upmost customer service. A few people were ahead of us, yet that professional service and check back in letting us know we were next and soon; while this is all something expected of customer service it was what happened after that led me to write this. Once finished with the previous customer, Karan let us know we were up. From the moment he started our order he was engaged, focused and the friendliest. While most people stop there Karan ask us about our day etc. However its the next question that left me with a FULL HEART. Karan noticed how "cute and cuddlie" hubby and I were being and asked if we were a couple, we replied yes, and hubby then said shes my WIFE. That response i feel might have shocked him, and he politely asked "may I ask how long?" and I smiled huge and commented " bc were still in that honeymoon phase it looks?" He smiled and said well" yes" , then politely asked, "how we met and may I know or ask how or offer tips that kept you guys this way?" In that moment I beamed so big and bright as I told our origin story (its truly my favorite to tell) and what we do that works for us. Karan thanked us for sharing and we asked him about his relationship as he said the tips and advice are something he will apply in his own. This whole interaction is something that MADE OUR MONTH! ALSO on top of that, we usually order to go, but because of the experience and amazing Vibe from Karan we chose to stay in and continue an amazing conversation with him. Whoever is in charge this man deserves a RAISE and recognition for his OUTSTANDING customer service. This is now our favorite location, and we hope everytime we go here we see our new friend. Subway huge koodos to Karan and also to you for hiring such a kind person. We will be back for sure, he also makes a DAMM GOOD SUB. 👏🫰💗 Karan, from both my husband and I thank you for giving us an experience we will cherish and remember for the rest of our life.
