  Some inconsistencies, we came once and got refills on our fries and today was told they do not do that. Hamburgers and fries were great overall.

  I wrote a review for this restaurant a while ago. I mistakenly wrote it and posted it under the wrong restaurant (we are at the Taunton location and not the Laval location). I will try to sum up my review using the proper restaurant. It went something like this: We definitely won't be spending our money here again. My husband ordered a single bacon burger and was given a double burger (which we unknowingly paid for). His French fries were just dumped in the bottom of the bag (instead of in the small bags they come in). I got what I ordered and don't think my burger was good enough to warrant paying the price. My daughter was not happy with her milkshake (which I had to go back and ask for because they forgot) and ended up throwing it out. The music in the restaurant was so loud that we couldn't even have a decent dinner conversation. In today's world I found it absolutely ridiculous that we had to purchase everything separately and as for the toppings they advertise that they are free, but that's quite normal and nothing special at all. The portions were not very large and everything just haphazardly thrown in a bag even though we were eating in and told them that. We could have gone to a chip truck had better food and saved $30.00. I could not believe that for 2 burgers, two fries, one hotdog, one milkshake, and two drinks cost us $70.00. Save your money folks and don't go to this burger joint. I don't recommend anything that we ate and I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone!. This was about a month ago and 5 guys contacted me, said they would look into it and I've not heard anything since. To me that screams horrible customer service. Do better 5 guy's!

  I always love their food when we can visit. They don't have one in Peterborough so when we are in Oshawa or Kingston we definitely grab lunch or dinner at Five Guys. I always go with the Little Bacon Burger and share a fry with my husband as they are big! Next time we go I'll be sure to add in some photos. They cook with peanut oil. So if you have an allergy stay clear. Love their burgers! Are always delicious! Have never had anything bad any time we go.

  There are five guys on Taunton, and I truly have wonderful things to say about them. The staff there is outstanding! They prepare fresh burgers and include all the toppings you desire for their poutine. Every dish they make is cooked with genuine care and passion. They always welcome you warmly, even if you're taking your time to make a decision—they wait patiently with friendly smiles. I consistently feel welcomed by them, and my son really enjoys going there. The most special at this place is the staff with a smile and we all love them ❤️
