  When we had pulled up the hours said open the speaker said sorry we're closed then the person on the mic when asked if they were open said kind of. Unfortunately they were out of pretty much everything their debit machines were down. Anything that was asked was told was okay then followed up with wait, were out of that or we don't have that. Managed to get hard shell tacos and they were okay but that was the only thing that was okay about it

  This taco bell went from great, to terrible. They hardly every give you toppings on anything, especially on the fries supreme. Never tastes fresh but yet the service takes forever. Not cheap at all anymore. 2 combo boxes literally costs me $40. Double the price compared to what it use to be.

  Everytime I go they always get my order wrong. I am not one to leave reviews but this has happened almost everytime I order. Very frustrating

  Extremely disappointed with my experience at Taco Bell in Orillia. Not only was my order made incorrectly, but I was also charged twice for my purchase. On top of that, the chicken in my meal tasted raw and didn’t seem fully cooked, so I couldn’t eat it because I was concerned about food safety. Paying twice for an order that was wrong and inedible is completely unacceptable. I hope management looks into this and improves both their customer service and quality control.
