  Very disappointing. Ordered a chicken sub, but there was barely any chicken in it—barely one scoop. The filling was far less than expected. Hope they improve consistency and portion sizes.

  The staff here is incredibly friendly and fast. Even during the busy lunch rush, they kept the line moving efficiently and with a smile.

  I had a great experience at Subway during my recent visit. The staff greeted me with a smile and provided excellent customer service throughout my order. The restaurant was neat, clean, and had a comfortable atmosphere. My sandwich was made quickly and exactly how I requested it. All the ingredients tasted fresh, especially the vegetables and bread. I was impressed by how attentive and professional the employees were, even during a busy time. Overall, the food was delicious and the service was outstanding. I would happily return to Subway again in the future.

  Had an awesome experience at Subway thanks to Jigar. He was polite, quick, and kept everything very clean. Food tasted fresh and delicious.

  I came in for lunch today and was not impressed with my experience. There was an older gentle man who was before me who was polite and quiet and the server was rude and impatient with him as he tried to order. He rushed the man and spoke to him in a condescending and confrontational tone, and gave him dirty looks. He completed the man's order and and then the man paid and went to grab his drink. The server automatically put the man's change in the tip jar rather than wait for him to come back for it which disgusted me because I have worked in customer service for a few years now. I recognized the server as I have come here before and he was rude to me and treated me in the same manner until I told him to stop being rude to me. He is short, skinny, has a beard, and wears an earring. When I completed my order I was firm and concise. I informed him that the mountain dew was out of flavour and he said thank you but never changed it and instead proceeded to make a phone call. I will give credit where credit is due, my sub was excellent and the restaurant was clean, but I would not hire an employee who treats people this way. I would want all my customers to be treated with dignity and respect. I would want all my customers to feel welcome.
