  The guy serving us is absolutely miserable. Doesn't listen very well. Not inviting or welcoming, almost seemed to be an inconvenience that we showed up here. Not wearing a name tag. It doesn't surprise me at all that this is the worst rated subway in Barrie or Orillia, first and last time coming here.

  So disappointed with this shop. Every single time I order from this Subway I have missing items, whether through Skip or in person. Used to be one of the better shops, but feeling ripped off over and over again leaves a bad taste in one's mouth.

  Do not come to the subway in Orillia on cold water road they would not unlock the woman’s washroom even when I paid to eat here. Only the women’s washroom is locked not the men’s. The lady that works here refused to unlock it. She was vary rude

  I came in for a breakfast sub. I went to sit down, had a couple bites of my breakfast sub after a couple bites I went back to the counter and showed the lady that my bun was very stale and it was falling apart. I did not ask for it to be toasted… It was falling apart like it was toasted. It was that stale! She asked me if I would like a new one I said yes please! Little did I know she would just cut a new bun and hand it to me. She proceeded to hand me a fork to transfer all of my toppings to my new bun. I then went back to my table And ate all of my toppings with my fork. I did not transfer all of my toppings to my new fresh bun because it was very dry because all of my sauce was on my previous stale bun. 🤦🏼‍♀️
