  The guy working actually let 3 people but in line, when I came in they were all congregated around a table, one was even sitting down, i came in and lined up. As I got to the counter he said actually those people over there are first. Oh you mean the people who weren't in line at all and are sitting there talking, yeah totally. Terrible customer service. I guess you can just stand where ever in this store and it be a "line up"

  I have not had an issue at this location before, until recently where the gentleman behind the counter was actively having a phonecall through his air pods while I was trying to order, I had to repeat myself 3x throughout the service because he could not hear me over the phonecall he was having

  I was in today the lady I got was amazing best sub had in ages out of there the dip maybe hot honey delicious and the dill pickles you never had were real nice touch id definately be back

  We're regulars - the staff & owners are wonderful. They always remember us and our orders! They go above & beyond to take care of good customers. The food is great, but the people are what make us come back every week.

  We were ordering 2 subs and he assumed we both wanted cold cut and slapped it haphazardly on to the bread, threw the cheese on there without orienting it properly, didn't ask if we wanted it toasted, I asked for a few more pickles he put two more on and then put the lightest amount of sauce ever so we had to put more on when we got home, once we paid he didn't print our receipt. I can't even mention the worker by name because he wasn't wearing a name tag. Not to mention there were no napkins in the bag and our sandwichs were made upside down
