  Very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell location. I ordered a burrito and it took 30 minutes to be made. The workers are clearly trying their best, and I don’t blame them at all — the real issue is management and staffing. This location always seems to be short-staffed. Even something as simple as a side of fries can take 20+ minutes. You can see the frustration on the faces of customers waiting around for their orders. Management really needs to address the staffing and organization issues. The employees shouldn’t have to take the blame for poor management decisions. Hopefully, this location improves because the current wait times are unacceptable. Rating of 3 on google justifies the location .
