Raj was welcoming and great customer service skill. Made sure my order was done right since I’m a vegetarian. Great job
I ordered crunchwrap it was very delicious and tasty i love the food and service was great by the front staff

I've been twice since renovations. at least it doesn't look like a ghetto anymore.
However the service is still horrible.
First time I was there the drive thru was "broken" and service was very slow.
This latest time the drive-thru was working, but the guy taking the order kept insisting they don't sell "double stacked" tacos to me, literally on the menu in front of me.
I ended up just leaving.
Hire some competent employees.

The customer service at this location is absolutely terrible. It has recently been remodeled and I was hoping the atmosphere would be better on the inside but my goodness.. KFC and Taco bell you need to come check on the service here
I will never return to this location.
IF I COULD GIVE THIS 0 I WOULD! I have never written a Google review before and I’ve never written a negative one before as well. Me and my class were coming home from a school field trip and decided to stop in at the local McDonald’s, Taco Bell and KFC. I came in to Taco Bell at 6:30 and understand that fast food restaurants are not normally busy around 6:30 for the reason they were understaffed this evening. here’s my issue. The first thing was their machines did not work so me and my friend proceed to go to the front to do our order the girl Who did our order already seemed annoyed, and I did not take any personal judgment because has somebody who works in the service industry I understand. I repeated my order twice to her, just confirming, as she was mumbling back in an already loud atmosphere my order back to me. I ordered a crunch wrap supreme, and a Cantina chicken bowl. The crunch wrap supreme was a combo and I got a 7-Up with it and then we got a Baja blast on the side not in a combo. Like I mentioned before we ordered at 6:30 and I did not leave the building until seven there may have been 10 other people in the restaurant already eating and or waiting for their food. When it came time and they read my order number, I had only received the crunch wrap supreme combo and the bowl was nowhere to be seen so I proceed to ask politely for the two drinks that I ordered and the bowl she then tells me that I am wrong after I proved to her showing the receipt of what I ordered she then hand me a bag what was supposed to be the bowl in it and no drinks I then asked her for the drinks and she said that they were never on the receipt which she still had in hand and then crumbled it up. then she goes and makes me and my friends drink, and says some pretty nasty stuff that was not mumbled and clearly said out loud on purpose for me to hear I will not be repeating in this message what she said because I don’t know if Google reviews can ban you for things, but just know it was really hurtful And used profanity. Like I said, before I work in the service industry as a teen and understand the hardships and maybe there was something going on about her day, but this is just wrong. At this point if you have nothing nice to say, don’t say it at all. All we wanted to do was get back on our three hour bus ride to home and enjoy our Taco Bell but now I am upset of this negative experience and will have a not so nice three hour bus ride home . PS because that I received two crunch wraps instead of a bowl and a crunch wrap combo, my kosher friends could not eat on this three hour bus ride home as she is Jewish.
