  Went there with my family. Worker made 3 out of 4 subs. After 3rd she stopped and started to take the order from the next person. Leaving the 3 finished subs on the counter and going to start the next person's sub. I had to walk out of the store. I will never return to that location

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. When I walked in, there was no greeting or acknowledgment from the staff. The two employees appeared to be arguing with each other throughout my visit, which made the atmosphere very uncomfortable. One employee was slicing meat and kept looking at the other employee to come help. When the second employee didn't come, the first employee simply changed her gloves and started preparing my sandwich without washing her hands after handling the meat, which raised hygiene concerns. The customer service was poor. There were no smiles or friendly interaction. I also had two coupons, but I was told I could only use one. I didn't see any instructions or restrictions stating that only one coupon could be used. As more customers lined up behind me, the employee serving me called the other employee for assistance. The other employee replied that she was busy and couldn't help, and they then started arguing with each other in Punjabi in front of customers. Overall, it was an unprofessional experience with poor customer service and concerning hygiene practices. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future customers.

  Bad service and very rude behavior. I did not have a good experience at all. The staff have no sense of how to speak to customers politely. A simple smile and respectful attitude can make a big difference, but unfortunately, that was completely missing.

  This restaurant does not honor coupons. Apparently not posted anywhere by the way they must be paper coupons. I told the first person I have a coupon I showed her my phone she asked if I had the paper coupon I said no she then took out the six inch making you assume its OK. When I got to the cash a different woman was there I showed her my phone and then said paper coupons only. There is no communication between employees poor training. This place is absolute garbage. Garbage garbage garbage
