  I would give this store a 0 review if I could, I ordered 2 subway through online order (app), one veggie patty and one veggie delight. They did not put veggie patty in it, i gave payed for it. When I call them they said either i have to pick the veggie patty subway till 9.30 Or I get nothing. He was way too rude. I asked if i can get a coupon instead as I did not wanted to drive again, had a long day at work. Just wanted to eat and relax. The is unacceptable, I did not ask for a full subway, just 3 dollars off coupon would have been nice, but I guess it is too much to ask for.

  Very disappointing experience at this Subway location. We ordered two different footlongs—one Veggie Patty and one Veggie Delite. Instead, the employee made two Veggie Delite sandwiches. The staff acknowledged that they made the mistake, but the only solution they offered was for us to drive back to the store and pick up a replacement before 9:00 PM the same day. We live quite far away, so making another trip wasn’t practical. We politely asked if they could offer a coupon or simply replace the sandwich on our next visit since the mistake was theirs. They refused and insisted that the only option was to come back that evening. My wife had just finished a long, exhausting workday, and this mistake turned what should have been a simple dinner into a frustrating experience. Mistakes happen, but good customer service is about how you resolve them. In this case, there was no flexibility, no compensation, and no consideration for the inconvenience caused. I hope this location improves both its order accuracy and its approach to customer service.
