Had a great experience at Subway today! I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki sub, and it was fresh and delicious. The two girls working there provided excellent customer service. They were very welcoming, friendly, polite, and always smiling. They made us feel comfortable and valued throughout our visit. I’ve had mixed experiences with customer service at other places, so it was really nice to receive such warm and friendly service here. The food was great, but the service made the experience even better. Definitely recommend everyone to visit this Subway. Great food and wonderful service!

Terrible location please hire better staff that don’t have short temper. Your staff get angry too much except one guy. Who is very sweet kind and understanding. Always asks me if I’m okay and need something. Other staff and the ladies here are very rude and careless. I will be going to subway corporate and formally complaining about the employees who were rude to me and make sure disciplinary action gets done.

I've visited this Subway at South Oakville Mall a few of times recently, and the experiences have been excellent every time. In my last visit, I decided to try the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki salad and customized it with Nashville-style Hot Sauce, Smoky Honey Mustard, and Chipotle Southwest sauce. The combination was fantastic—lots of flavour without overpowering the fresh vegetables or the chicken. The ingredients looked fresh, the portion size was generous, and everything was mixed together really well so every bite had a good balance of flavours. Simar was extremely courteous and helpful throughout the entire visit. She was happy to answer questions, made the salad carefully, and had a warm, welcoming attitude that made the experience even better. Great food, excellent service, and consistently fresh ingredients. Highly recommended if you're looking for a quick, healthy meal in Oakville.

I've visited this Subway at South Oakville Mall a couple of times recently, and both experiences have been excellent. On my last visit, I ordered the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki sub on multigrain bread with extra Chipotle Southwest sauce, and it was made exactly the way I wanted. The vegetables were fresh, the bread was soft, and the balance of the sweet onion teriyaki with the extra chipotle gave the sandwich a perfect mix of sweet and smoky flavours. What stood out even more was the customer service. The young lady who prepared our order - Simar - was incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive. She took the time to make sure everything was prepared just right without making us feel rushed, even though there were other customers waiting. It's always nice to visit a location where the staff genuinely seem to care about the quality of the food they're serving. I'll definitely be coming back.
