  Worst experience of my life! The deal of the day was tuna and I have a tuna allergy. Worker was not nice about it and refused to accommodate for my allergy. This subway store needs to rethink the kinds of the employees they hire here! This is unacceptable behaviour and I will NOT be coming back!

  Horrible customer service. The workers don’t understand English nor do they know how to read orders. Placed an order on Uber Eats, the sandwich was delivered with TWO missing ingredients and the wrong cookies. I ended up having to drive out of my way to go and pickup the correct order after paying for the service fee and convenience of having my order delivered to me. Lady I spoke to said she would also give me a free sub the next time I came. But she denied that to me days later when I came back.

  I’m grateful for the excellent customer service from Brian. He’s always friendly and welcoming, consistently goes above and beyond, and makes a great sandwich. His positive attitude and attention to customers make every visit a great experience.

  I visited this Subway location with my wife. While my wife was placing her order, I went to the washroom. When I returned, she told me that the employee serving her spoke in an unfriendly and disrespectful manner with attitude. We understand that staff can be busy, but customers should still be treated with courtesy and respect. The food was fine, but the customer service experience was disappointing. I hope management addresses this and ensures a more welcoming experience for future customers

  Our second time going into this store at different times of the day. This store located at 478 Dundas Street West appears very clean, & well maintained. They glove their hands when preparing your order. I found the staff very accommodating to me when I asked for specific handling instructions for my order. I usually ask not to have the bun or sandwich heated. Which they offered to do. They answered my questions on the amount of slices of meat and cheese they put on the sandwich. They cut it the way I wanted it cut. They were very accommodating on the garnishes. They even went out of their way to ask me if I wanted the foot long which I asked her to cut into two, wrapped singly. I would like to say, they are consistent on service, and food quality here! We will return here to this store, as we visit this plaza daily! The server Karman, was so polite and courteous. Answering all my inquiries about the sandwich's we purchase. Offering to toast it and cutting the sandwich just the way we like it. Karman was very accommodating to us. This store is worth returning to. Still a five star rating! Again all true Miles McCron
