  I got a burrito here and it was one of the best burritos I’ve had in a while. They have a lot of options for toppings and the salsa had a nice kick. The staff was very chill and everything was made pretty quickly. I would 100 percent happily go back.

  Really enjoyed stopping at Mucho Burrito while visiting Canada. I’m from the U.S. and usually go to places like Chipotle, so I was curious to try it. The burrito was fresh, filling, and had a lot of flavor, and I liked being able to choose all the toppings myself. The staff were friendly and the whole process was quick. Definitely a good spot for a casual meal if you’re in Canada!

  I visited the Mucho Burrito Oakville location on Friday during their BOGO promotion,Even with the discount,we received a very generous portion, and the food was fresh and delicious. This location also does school catering at my daughter’s school, and she recommended that I check it out. I’m glad I did — the customer service from Varsha and Ansh was excellent. I wasn’t sure if the hot salsa would make my burrito too spicy, so Varsha gave me a little sample on tortilla chips to try first. She did this even though there was a big line‑up, and I really appreciate that caring gesture. Thank you for serving us! I would love to visit again.

  No issues with workers, food. Owner has very aggressive behaviour with extremely poor customer service. Burritos are under filled by one size at least across other mucho locations. As I asked to add more beans to burrito for vegetarian burrito, no lettuce was added regular burrito was small size filled and owner started yelling across at me for asking to add more beans saying I am filling to mucho size. She continued yelling front of everyone me other filled burrito to

  Absolutely awful experience. The owner is so cheap and frugal. The person who eventually claimed to be the owner repeatedly refused to give us her name. We asked her THREE separate times and she ignored the question each time. At first she said she was the manager, and then admitted to lying & said she was the owner. That alone was incredibly unprofessional. The entire issue started because my mother is vegetarian and asked for extra beans in her regular burrito. She was given a very small amount, so we simply asked for more. Instead of calmly explaining a portion limit or telling us there would be an extra charge, the owner started making comments that we were putting too much in the burrito and were basically turning a regular burrito into a Mucho-sized one. From that point on, the atmosphere became extremely uncomfortable. She stood over the employees and watched them closely while they prepared our food. She was making comments to them right in front of us, and the employees appeared visibly nervous and hesitant to add . It genuinely felt like they were afraid to put anything in the burrito while she was standing there watching them. When we questioned why this was becoming such a big issue, she became defensive and started raising her voice at us. My mom said that u shouldn’t talk to customers this way and asked her to lower her voice bc there are so many people. A customer asking for more beans should never turn into an argument with an owner. She repeatedly kept saying, “I never told the employees anything,” even though we had never accused her of telling them anything in the first place. She also repeatedly told us that she had been there for 12 years and had never had a complaint. None of that had anything to do with the way she was treating us at that moment. The entire interaction was bizarre, hostile and completely unnecessary. If extra beans cost more, tell the customer the price. If there is a strict portion policy, explain the policy. If a regular burrito has a limit, simply say so. There was ZERO reason to make rude comments, hover over the employees, make everyone uncomfortable, refuse to provide your name and then YELL at customers over a request for beans. What should have been a completely normal food order turned into an embarrassing confrontation because of the owner’s behaviour. The worst part was not even the portion size. It was the attitude, the yelling, the defensiveness and the complete lack of professionalism from someone claiming to own the restaurant. Absolutely terrible customer service and an extremely uncomfortable atmosphere. Based on this experience, we will not be returning and I would not recommend this location.
