  I came here at 10:05pm just for them to tell me to leave. Online it says they close at 10:30pm. Super unprofessional and I drove all the way from the other end of Oakville.

  Really bad experience at this place on Thursday at 5pm. Got a small portion of regular fries—even less than McDonald’s small fries. On top of that, the fries were in tiny broken pieces and burnt potato skins, as if the staff was too lazy to fry a fresh batch and just dumped whatever scraps were left onto me. Chaotic staff were just walking around. I have visited this place twice and always needed to wait more than 20 minutes for my food. I will never come back here again.

  Clean resturant, clean, polite and helpful staff. Food was nice, 5 guys quality. Peanuts were not fresh and tasted funny. 1 thing, maybe use trays for people eating in, its chaotic ,messy having 4 people eating with no trays.

  This new location is amazing.. located in the Best Buy Plaza. Hands down, it is the best 5 Guys I have ever been to!!! The ingredients were supper fresh and above all the burger patties were not cooked to the point where they were dried out. Person on the grill actually prepared the burger with care. I've frequented Burlington location in the past and this location is far superior. Staff was super friendly and the entire experience was great. Restaurant was organized and clean. This was my second visit to this location so I can say it has been consistent meeting all expectations.
