  Staff were great but you don't get to talk to them anymore with the new pay kiosk rammed in your face as soon as you come in. DONT LIKE THE KIOSK CRAP. Mr.Sub is just over on Keele and they're very nice to talk to. More enjoyable visit and it's CANADIAN too!!

  Very welcoming. Excellent customer service from Sneha . Fast and efficient . I also placed order in kiosk which i have never seen in subway. I will surely visit this branch again as I loved kiosk. Also i got their new Subdog it is actually a must try.

  This used to be a good location now you must use a kiosk to order. This significantly slows things down. Kiosk doesn't feature search. Kiosk does not provide receipt. Kiosk does not indicate how many people are ahead of you. Then the story changes. After being told I MUST order at the Kiosk, they started serving people behind the counter. Now those people got their food before I did. Clown show doesnt begin to describe this. But thats not all! The manager will tell you how great the kiosks are!! They have Kiosks at IKeA. Subway on the fast track alienate all customers Also why are you asking me to Tip? I have to do work to order my sandwhich and you have the audacity to ask for a tip? What the hell man

  Terrible Service person name Sneha. Kept the other Asian girl be the only sandwich maker while she won’t even collect my payment and it took 15min to get one sandwich. Lazy and rude .

  Unfortunately will be my last visit. Basically have to order my own as the front door is totally blocked by the self order machines. Staff at counter told me to order there. All personal touch is now removed. And the machine asked me for a tip???
