  Located at Loadstar and Dufferin. There is a large lot to park The store is plenty spacious with lots of seating offerings. Once you go in you are greeted by 3 self serve ordering kiosks. Got my order in, quite intuitive. There were 2 staff on hand and only 1 person ahead of me. I feel there is an opportunity for more thorough training of staff as they could not assemble and take orders for the 2 subs ahead and my order without restarting multiple times. The food is ok. Nothing special, the coffee, as much as it is instant ground and brew, lacks any flavour and aroma. Get the subs and fountain drinks here but a very hard pass on the coffee offerings.

  Very clean, tidy, and well organized. Everything was spotless, and the overall experience was excellent. I also really liked the self-order kiosk — it was very convenient and easy to use. Highly recommended!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great experience at Subway! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided fast service. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and everything was clean and organized. I really appreciate the good customer service and attention to detail. I’ll definitely come back again! 🥪😊

  I have noticed that some of the staff, particularly new employees, are being spoken to in a disrespectful and humiliating manner by their supervisor, sometimes in front of customers. For example, I have heard her say things such as, “Don’t you know how to read?” and “You’re so slow, why don’t you just go home!!” and so on. As a customer, I find this behaviour very concerning and inappropriate. I am also a supervisor myself in a different field, and I believe that employees, especially those who are new and still learning, should be treated with patience, professionalism, and respect. Constructive feedback is important in any workplace, but humiliating or belittling employees in front of customers is unacceptable and can negatively affect their confidence and morale. I hope management will take this concern seriously and ensure that all staff are treated with dignity and respect.

  This was the best Subway experience I've ever had. I walked in at 3 a.m. and was served by the Sandwich Artist, Giaann. He was super friendly to talk with and made the exact portion size I was expecting. 5 stars for Giaann! Thanks!
