  Very rude and unprofessional employee. The service was terrible, and the food was soggy, old, and tasted bad. Definitely not worth the money. Would not recommend this place.

  Girl taking the order was very rude and had zero customer service. Came in 1.5 hours before closing and half the toppings were gone. I asked if she needed some time to refill, she said we are closing soon so she doesn't want to. She told me to just order and was giving me a lot of attitude. Will not be returning to mucho burrito

  The girl making the burrito was very angry at customers for no reason. She was overwhelmed and just taking it out on customers. She didn't want to restock any of the toppings and told me to just choose from what she had. It was 1.5 hr before closing and she doesn't want to restock any of the toppings. Will not be coming back to mucho burrito, terrible experience.

  The worst customer service possible. First time trying to order from here at the counter, and the lady serving was rude. I asked her to do the same as what they have on display and she tells me no it's not a clear picture I have to choose my ingredients... ask her what is the best sauce she tells me where all the souses are written. Ask her to put everything on a bowl she tells me it's only 4 toppings. Everything in a high tone, while looking at me with disgust. No love to what she does or to help the customer choose. I didn't order anything for myself... and left angry because there is no help from the lady.
