  Should be a negative 5 for all these star options. Give the guy a tip last time and first time I came in, this time, went to get a sub and was refused toppings, other people in line also left and the "manager" working at the time said he didn't care that people were leaving and refused to make my sub. Ended up going to the only hope left in north bay which happens to be on sheriff where they had plenty of toppings, weren't rude, and no one was walking out of their store in disbelief snd disgust at how rude the "manager" was like on lakeshore!! Will be spreading the word that this is a location that should be avoided and my hope is they're out of business once fire house subs opens up down the road!! He refused to give me any information when I asked for it to identify to head office or the specific store owner about what's going on in this store. -I started recording the whole interaction once I realized he wasn't joking and said he wouldn't be serving me. Shame on this location. And this is why people don't tip anymore. Will definitely be spreading the word! Absolutely disgusted! All because I asked for extra lettuce on my sub last time he refused to even serve me. I would be beyond embarrassed to have this person as an employee let alone a "manager" at any business let alone a big name like subway!
