  literally horrible. got take out AHEAD of time and been sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes. people are honking and yelling. then i look in the bag and forgot half of what i ordered. they also told us why it took so long, and apparently they dropped the entire order on the floor. could’ve at least told us and then told us to pull into a spot and then get to the next person instead of infuriating everybody and wasting gas. looks understaffed or everyones overworked and exhausted.

  25 mins to get one taco… and there literally was no cinnamon on my cinnamon sugar churros. tasted like straight oil

  Disgusting inside. They have yet to get my order right and they just stare at you when you let them know they got it wrong. Taco bell at best is 3 stars, there's tons on Lundy lane don't bother for quick food. Not even cheap anymore

  Came at 9:25 pm lobby doesn't "close" until 10pm. People were still inside ordering, but doors were locked and staff wouldnt open them. They also wouldnt tell what time they actually lock it. What a joke of an operation. Lost out on a decent size order.

  Went in to order my meal, guy at cash stood there and looked at me. No greeting then proceeded tot take out his phone and start texting !!! As I’m standing there waiting to be greeted and order my meal. Finally I looked at him and said helllllo? Didn’t say anything and just looked at me until I started ordering. Where is basic communication skills ? Do better. Hire new staff. Wow.
