Unfortunately the place had a woman on by herself so obviously service lacked but definitely not the workers fault. Food was great and the atmosphere of the place is alright considering where it is.

We ordered two foot long veggie subs, and they were attentive and extremely helpful. The subs were filled to the brim with veggies and the vegetable patty was extremely filling. It was extremely clean and a very nice experience overall

When we arrived at Niagara Falls on Sunday afternoon, Aug 23rd, and we wanted a couple of foot-longs to take to the Hotel for super. We arrived, and were greeted by an older fine gentleman (don't worry, same age as us) and did a wonderful and methodical building of our sandwich. He was very friendly. We have not had a subway built so well in a long time. Once we had it, it tasted great. I cannot speak about any other staff, but if he is there, you will not be disappointed.

Just got to subway at 946pm on August 20th. The time on the door says closed at 10, yet the doors are locked and the lights are on? Not a great impression.
